1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using WhichOneIsReal (whichoneisreal.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

WhichOneIsReal is an online quiz platform where users try to distinguish real photographs and videos from AI-generated content. The service includes image quizzes, video quizzes, text quizzes, leaderboards, and optional user accounts.

3. User accounts

• Creating an account is optional. Guest play is available without registration.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to manipulate game scores or leaderboards
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Choose a username that is offensive, impersonates another person, or violates third-party rights

5. Intellectual property

The WhichOneIsReal brand, logo, and original content are owned by the operator (see Legal Notice). AI-generated images and videos used in quizzes are produced using third-party AI tools and are used for educational and entertainment purposes. Real photographs are used under applicable licences.

6. Leaderboards and scores

Leaderboard entries submitted without an account are anonymous and retained for 90 days. We reserve the right to remove any score that appears to have been achieved through cheating or automated means.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results from quizzes are scientifically accurate. The quizzes are for entertainment and educational purposes only.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhichOneIsReal and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. For any disputes, the courts of the operator's registered location shall have jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
